HOW TO BECOME A PARTNER

GENERAL RULES:
Affiliates that show growth in sales volume and product range, do not create price conflicts in the sales channel, promote the products proposed by us, gain adequately advanced levels of service and support from our side. To obtain the Dealer status, your company must meet the following requirements:
- Comply with contractual obligations and payment discipline
- To have a well-developed marketing infrastructure that would ensure purchase volume of a wide range of goods in the amount agreed with our company during each quarter.
- Contribute to the pricing policy of the distributor and particular vendor
- Expand the product range, not limiting the sails to one group of products.
If cooperation is decided to be expedient, the Dealer has access to the dealership price list and additional information services.
If you violate the conditions of work or in case of an unstable monthly turnover (less than specified), you will receive аwritten notification from our manager concerning the violations detectedand containing proposal to eliminate them within a specified period. The first quarter of cooperation is considered trial. By the end of itour manager may find it necessary to conduct a meeting to summarize the work doneand discuss the future perspectives. In case if the violations are not eliminated or repeated, ROLENCOM has the right to terminate the dealership Agreement and the Contract.
